Main Responsibilty and Role:
As a distributor, we believed that ‘Speed to the market’ is very important and priority mission at the FMCG business, Hence, we always insisted and trained our sales team ‘be profesional’ to implement high standard of their job execution to serve and distribute our carrying products ripidly to every channels effectively and efficiently.
Whether is our business partners or customers, our corportion always emphasized that bringing execellent and high standard operation skills and possitive attiudes to co-operate and serve with our business partners and valued customers.
Delivery Service:
Time is vital factor to ‘hit the shops’ while bringing out our carry products into the market quickly at every different channels.
Therefore,we always make sure our valued customers will receive their deliveries within 3 to 4 working days as long as the customer achieved our minimum order quantity of 5 carton (i.e. per Invoice Sales of grocery goods, perishable or, ice cream products). The delivery is free of charge during office hour (0830 – 1800) on weekdays.
Delivery Truck:
Under our Operation Department we have a well- trained and full force logistic team to execute our daily busy schedule and heavy workload. We have in total 10 cold trucks and 6 box van in our logistic department. The cold trucks are able to maintain a minimum of -30°C so that ice creams will be kept in best condition when they are on.
